1. Compliance ↔ Independence
Scale: 0 = total compliance, 100 = total independence How does the agent handle authority, instructions, and conflicting directives? Does it defer or assert its own judgment?2. Creativity ↔ Precision
Scale: 0 = pure precision, 100 = pure creativity Does the agent favor novel, unexpected solutions or reliable, proven approaches? Does it color inside the lines or redraw them?3. Verbosity ↔ Brevity
